It finally seems that the main costume manufacturers are figuring out that when couples go out on Halloween they may both want to dress up to look good.
This year instead of the usual bunch of couples costumes that make the girl look sexy and the guy look ridiculous they have introduced plenty of costume sets with the guy actually able to look pretty darn good.

For example….

Check out this butler and maid costume duo.

These are some sexy costumes and perfect for any couple that wants to have class, be pimp stylin, and have sex appeal.
The male costume is called “Butler Justin Credible”
This  costume includes a button front butler coat with white tuxedo shirt dickie and Satin bowtie. A top hat, removable “Butler Justin Credible” name badge and white gloves.
You will look great in this costume and so will your lady in her….
“French Maid Miss Dee Lightful” costume.
This is one of the sexiest french maid costumes to come out this year.
It  includes a stretch knit button front mini-dress with peekaboo lace neckline, puffy sleeves with lace trim and 3 sassy layers of ruffles at the hemline. A feather duster, lacy choker, maid hat, satin and lace apron, garters, and removable “Maid Miss Dee Lightful” name badge

I usually don’t like spooky mixed with sexy as it most often is a huge failure, but this couples costume set actually works.
It originally caught my eye because at a glance it looked like the butler from the previous picture took a turn for the worse and I thought it was funny….

Anyway, this costume set works and people will love it. The only problem I see is that it will be super popular with Tim Burton fans searching for Corpse Bride costumes and if you are going to a large party somebody else may have went with this one too.
The thing that makes it o.k is that you can go with the male costume and then get a different corpse bride costume to mix it up. Tons of dead bride costumes are available and many of them are very sexy. Some aim towards the pretty side and others get more racy… but you have lots to chose from.

The Grooms outfit is called “Corpse GroomBarry D’Alive” costume.
It includes a deadsexy crushed velvet jacket with attached Satin button front vest, top hat, bowtie and removable boutonniere.

The Brides costume is called “Corpse Bride Diane Toluvya“.  Don’t you love these fun names?
It includes a stretch knit off the shoulder dress with luscious lace in the center, rose ribbon details along the bust, tulle attached to the skirt and lace petticoat. A dark and lovely veil with roses headband, bouquet, and garter.

So…… Sticking with the suit theme….

How about Zoot Suits ?

This couples costume set  is slick.
One of the things I like about it is that the female costume actually comes with trousers instead of a short skirt.
Don’t get me wrong, i love short skirts as much as the next guy, but just like sexy men’s costumes…. sexy cut women’s costumes that don’t have a short skirt involved are becoming a rarity.
If however you just can’t do a costume without a short skirt… no worries.
A version exists.

Consider this the more racy version…. but no matter what rout you go, the costume set is great for couples.

Sick of suits?

I will give ya one more couples costume set then.

O.k…. I admit it.

I included this set because of the costume names. They just cracked me up.

Even so… I like the costumes.
The main reason I like them (besides the names) is because of the mans costume. Most primitive, cave man, jungle man, wild man costumes are done in one of two ways. Goofy and funny while covering you up so you don’t look to bad if you are not an Olympic athlete… or they are made for people who are built like Olympic athletes.
This costume is right in between.
You need not be Hercules to look sexy in it and it isn’t cut in a way to make you look like a joke.
  

That is actually one of the things that made me include  all of the costumes I have shown. None of them require you to be built like Arnold to look good in them.

It’s a day early (because I am busy for the 4th)
So…

No costumes (as i covered my 4th choices already) but I thought this famous picture of Jessica Simpson in a red white and blue stars and stripes bikini would be a good picture for the 4th. A bikini can kinda be a costume??? right???

The 4th is fast approaching and that means fireworks, barbecues, beer, wine, parties and …fun – fun – fun!

So far i have only been invited to one shindig and luckily for me it was a semi-costume party.
Yep… it’s an almost costume required shindig.
The theme is Red, White, and Blue or Stars and Stripes… costumes encouraged.
So people are to dress accordingly, but not necessarily in costumes.
If I am able to attend (I don’t know yet) I think I shall just go with black slacks and a red white and blue – star spangled vest. No shirt of course as I think it will be warm and it is a rare thing to be able to dress in such a manner in Wa state.
I will most likely arrive with a star spangled Uncle Sam top hat to complete my ensemble, but usually such things as that are lost after one or two glasses of wine if you happen to be me… so i don’t really consider it part of my permanent party attire.

So with that all said…
I spent some time surfing around looking for what I was to call my favorite racy 4th of July costume and I found…. less than I desired.
So, no favorite, but i did find a few liked.
First on my list is this
Firecracker costume.

This sexy costume was kind my favorite.
With a corset style peasant dress look all in red, white and blue it is very patriotic and charming. The satiny white bust and off the shoulder sleeves make it have a naughty and nice look while the apron and skirt say…” come on over, I’m sweet and I won’t bite ”
The ruffled trim so rarely included in a costume is included in this one and so is that cute matching headpiece you see.
The Sexy Firecracker costume is all new for 2009.

Next up we have the
Aunt Samantha costume

This costume really wasn’t a fave of mine, but I included it because it is… well…
It’s about as 4th of July as you can get in a costume.
A shimmering sequin halter style dress with a blue and silver top and a red and white striped skirt create a great 4th of July image. It comes with a red, white, and blue star and stripes mini top hat for you to lose after a few glasses of wine (oh wait… that’s me that does that)
What is cool about this costume is it is sexy and shows of those nice legs you have earned this spring on the treadmill… yet it is also just tame enough that it can be worn at pretty much any , but the most lame of parties.
In other words … It is more patriotic looking than sexy, yet still sexy enough to make everybody say “wow!”

Our third costume is included because I just friggin liked it and it almost fit…
Here is the
Sexy Liberty Belle Costume

It doesn’t really fit the stars and stripes theme… but it is patriotic, so I am including it here for the heck of it.

O.k.
Now, my favorite 4th of July costume wasn’t actually a 4th of July costume.
However – if you ditch the hat, or replace it with a different more suiting one it not only makes a great sexy 4th of July costume…. It makes a great – no, stupendous, no awesomely amazing … umm… you get what I saying. It’s pretty darn good!
So, Here it is.
The Ahoy Matey costume.

I really love this costume.
Red, white and blue… and as cute as a costume can get.
Sheer puff sleeves, delicate trim and sequined accents on the red, white and blue satiny dress come together perfectly. The white petticoat is attached and even though I am recommending this costume to be used as a 4th of July outfit without the hat… the hat is pretty cute too, so keep it around for some other time.

This is a very cute costume. I really like it. It plays on the sweet as candy thing  while obviously being a Christmas costume.

My model is a girl Named Sydney. Not only is she cute as can be in this darling little costume, but she has a lot of attitude and it shows in the pictures. Happy, sad, naughty… she can play them all well.  Naughty is my favorite of course, but how can I can’t help it.. I’m just that kind of guy.

 Red hair and freckles … Could I get a better look for a Christmas photo shoot? I doubt it.

Kendra Wilkinson is mostly famous for being one of  Hugh Hefner’s girls in The Girls Next Door.  She has done a lot of modeling (before , during  and after her time in The Girls Next Door) and is obviously sexy as can be. She also has done many small acting roles in various movies and TV shows… I think we will see a lot more of this beauty over the next few years.

I first took note of her when I saw her as a model for some officially licensed playboy costumes.  Then I started noticing her in tabloids because she can really dress to show herself off.  So… a small selection of my favorites are here for you to see.

I’m sure you will agree, she is a great model, and looks good when she is just running about also.

I have included some of the Playboy costume shots. The costumes are super sexy and deserving of the Playboy name. Seeing them on Kendra just makes them that much more sexy. The fairy costume is my overall favorite, but it was a hard choice.
