The Watchmen movie is out. It’s not what I expected, but it’s good and worth watching and even buying to watch over and over. Yep I liked it. This isn’t a movie review however so I won’t ramble on about it.

I will say however that the costumes are great and 2 of them are darn sexy. Both Silk Spectre and Nite owl get props in the sexy costume department.

Silk Spectre’s costume was actually a surprise for me. I had not seen any trailers and was expecting  something a bit different. I love the shiny latex and Malin Akerman does it justice. She is smoking hot in her Shiny black and yellow latex. 

The Nite owl costume is what I really like in a male costume. Tough , mysterious, manly. Patrick Wilson is a lucky guy for getting to have this costume be his.  His character utilizes owl-themed gadgets. He is  not what I would call a sexy character in his normal attire… but  bam!  put him in this costume and he rocks!  The costume is very Batman-like , and that is a good thing. Batman possibly has the best costume of any male hero.

I also have to mention  Sally Jupiter if I am talking about sexy costumes. Played by Carla Gugino… this is my kind of costume. It’s kind of a lingerie meets superheroen retro sex kitten thing. This is the kind of costume that would be super fun to dress up in. Especially if you get the hair and makeup done all retro perfect to go with it. I hope to see at least one or two versions of this next Halloween.  A Retro Racy Costume.

A lot of people attacked Tera Patrick’s Halloween costume she wore to a halloween party at the Tao nightclub in o7 on  halloween.  So much so that a year later it still chokes up the online image searches for her.

The complaint was” how lame to dress as a porn star for Halloween when you are a porn star.” I on the other hand think it was kinda cool. I mean, how many people are cool enough to dress as themselves on Halloween? I wish the heck I was. If for some reason you don’t know who Tera Patrick is… She was the youngest full contract ford model ever, being signed at just 13 years of age. She gave up modeling to go back to school at 18 and got degrees microbiology and then went back to school to pursue nursing. She worked as a nurse for a while, but the glamour of modeling kept calling to her so she started back up again… this time however she wanted to pursue nude modeling and fetish modeling. She did so well that she decided to dive into the porn world and because of her exotic look and stage presence she fast became one of the top adult stars in the world.

In 2006 FHM magazine put Tera Patrick  at number 57  in the top 100 Sexiest Women in the World.

Besides being a super famous porn star and model Tera also owns her own production company called “Teravision”and runs an Internet talk show. She  speaks multiple languages, is trained as an emergency medical technician (besides the biology and nursing accomplishments already mentioned) and has appeared as the feature model in many men’s magazines.

 She is married to Evan Seinfeld of Biohazard (bass player of a hugely successful metal band) who is also and actor, director, and  producer of adult and non adult media.

Since I seem to be on a movie roll I am going to piss a lot of you off here and say that I finally watched The Dark Knight and all it did was make me miss the Michael Keaton version. I know it was the last film of Heath Ledger and everybody wants to say it’s his best work, but it isn’t. I liked a lot of his movies. I was a fan… but The Dark Knight didn’t do it for me. It was o.k is about all.

 Now of all the Batman movies my favorite was the first Keaton one, but my favorite when it comes to the costumes was of course Batman Returns because of Catwoman.

Michelle Pfeiffer as Selina Kyle  a lonely, frustrated woman goes a bit crazy  after her boss tries to  kill her because she knows his evil plans.

Saved by alley cats she becomes Catwoman. She starts out a bit evil, but still seems a bit good (kind of like Batman himself) however she is always a lot-ta bit sexy.
