So Easter is over and mine went fine. Had family over and some great food and we all had a good time. My gal had some bunny ears she put on to make a great ending to it all (sorry no pictures folks) and I still have full tummy from the food.

My fun little post tonight however is about yesterday… I look out the window of my studio and what do I see? Some smoking bunnies!

I drink a huge amount of coffee.

Five or six double and quad shots a day plus a full pot of some really yummy stuff in the morning. I know Every Coffee girl by name within a few blocks of my work, and they know exactly what I drink. I love coffee!

In the USA we call coffee girls baristas. the term “barista” refers to someone who is an expert in the preparation of espresso-based coffee drinks.  In Italy, a barista is a bartender. The word is Italian, so I guess that is the true and correct use of the word.

Now….. as I said, I am a big drinker of coffee. Have been since I was a child. I know all the coffee girls and…. most don’t really make that good of an espresso drink. 90% of them are hired on looks and can’t make coffee worth a crud, very frustrating.

So in the USA a barista is in my mind just a chick that makes coffee. They tend a bar for sure, (coffee bar) and they make espresso drinks, but they are certainly not experts. 

Well, a few are expert flirts.
