Septembers list of the sexiest Halloween costumes that have just come out for Halloween 2009.

We all hate seeing the same old costumes year after year, so that is why I pretty much stick to showing what is new….
I also try to focus on costumes that are not so trendy or have a sweet twist to the trend.

So, without further adieu…. is the list.
Septembers Sexiest New Halloween Costumes

1)  The Sexy Abracadabra Costume

If you dress up in this sexy costume you are sure to keep your audience entertained and bring magic to the party.           This sexy ensemble  includes a stretch knit dress with sequin trim and bow tie, black and pink satin cape, magic wand, and a sequin trimmed top hat.   Why did I pick this costume?  Because I have not seen a sexy magician costume on a girl for a long time and this is exactly that.   

2) The  70’s Disco Devil Diva Costume

Is it hot in here? Or is it just me?
The  70’s Disco Devil Diva is one of the hottest devil costumes I have seen in a long time. The 70’s theme puts a twist to it that ads a fun flare to a very worn out theme and brings the whole devil girl idea back to life.     
       This costume just makes you want to dance.  Just looking at it brings to mind some hot boogie nights you will want to remember.

The Disco Devil Diva Adult Costume includes a fiery halter top with matching red fire-print bell bottoms. Also included is a red headband with horns to complete this devilish look.

Another plus to this costume is that for you gals who don’t want to show a lot of leg, but don’t want to be the lame girl with a dorky costume on a dance floor with a bunch of sex pots….. this is a pant costume. I always am on the lookout for pant costumes that are still super sexy because the trend of late is to just go as short as possible with the skirt to make a costume sexy. That is great and all ( as we all love to see sexy legs) but what about the gals who don’t want to…. and sometimes (depending on the area you live in) it is just to darn cold.
No worries here. In the The Disco Devil Diva  Costume you will be HoTT in every way.

3) French Kiss - Lady of Spain Adult Costume

This is one sexy Spaniard costume.
I’m not really sure what the costume manufacturers wanted to do here, but it sure worked on the sexy scale.

This costume comes with a extremely sexy lacy layered red and black mini dress with lace fingerless black gloves and a matching mantilla headpiece. Classy, naughty, alluring and just plain awesome!

Those first 3 costumes are all super hot, flirty, sexy, etc…. but they are also a bit serious. Sexy usually is a bit serious, but it doesn’t have to be.
Halloween is a time for fun and everybody likes to have fun in different ways.
So… lets change the pace.

4) The Apple Dumpling Costume

We all love Strawberry Shortcake (or at least we all should – she is so cute)
I have talked about  a few other Strawberry Shortcake themed costumes in previous posts.

Apple Dumpling is kinda a baby in Shortcake land so it is fitting that the Apple Dumpling costume is more cute than racy. This costume is sexy in that cute innocence type way. It has zero trash appeal, but tons of look how sweet I am appeal.The only thing I don’t like about this costume is it is a One size fits most costume.

The Sweet Apple Dumpling costume lace up mini-dress featuring ruffle trim with eyelets along the neckline, hemline and on the detachable puffy sleevelets; dainty bows on the chest, sleeves and on the green/white striped thigh highs; and a perky polka dotted hat.

Sweet!

5) Cosette the Clown Costume

 It is funny to me that the costume gods have decided to put out multiple versions of racy and semi racy clown costumes this year when they have pretty much neglected the whole clown thing for years. Who new clowns would be sexy in 2009?

This style clown costume is not the sexiest clown costume to hit the market, but it is one of the funnest and it doesn’t call for being as goofy as the others that came out.

You can be the star of your own circus in this get up.

6) The Hay Loft Honey Costume

I must admit that it was the name of the costume that first caught my eye.

Then after taking a peek I decided it was an awesome costume.
What we have here is that farmers daughter type thing with a little bit extra cowgirl thrown in than usual.
It very much brings to mind Mary Ann if she was a bit more mischievous.
I like that!

The Hayloft Honey costume includes a naughty navy halter dress featuring a red and white checkered underlay, lace-up bodice and cute ruffles along the bust-line. Rope trim, horseshoe applique and removable puffy sleeve-lets are also included in this cute southern style costume.

National Milk Chocolate Day!
Can you believe Milk Chocolate has it’s own day?
Being that I simply adore chocolate I sure can… so I decided to post a sexy costume for National Milk Chocolate Day and then I realized I had never seen one.
Oh .. wait, here one is!
The Sexy Chocolate babe costume.

This is actually the Eskimo Cutie Arctic Girl costume.

 A zipper front stretch crushed velvet dress with fauxfur trimmed hood with pom pom ties. This costume includes mittens, faux fur trimmed boot covers, and fake chocolate Popsicle because otherwise you would gain 80 lbs trying to eat chocolate pops all night long or get melted chocolate stuff all over yourself .

So, I didn’t actually find a sexy chocolate girl costume (I did find some funny ones though) but I thought this costume fit the bill just fine. It looks like milk chocolate to me.
Actually this costume is cute enough that if you told me it was a teddy bear costume I would be fine with it.
Any excuse will do.

So if you are a true Chocola-holic… Today is your day. Celebrate with some yummy milk chocolate and know that if you decide to go as a sexy Eskimo for Halloween this year that you will feel as yummy as chocolate.

July is National Blueberry month.
Considering that this is my very favorite berry and I eat them all the time I am cool with that. If any berry deserves it’s own month it is the blueberry.

The USDA declared July to be blueberry month back in 1999 stating that Blueberries are grown in 35 states in the US, and the United States produces over 90% of all of the blueberries in the world.
That’s cool, but even better yet is that not only are blueberries very good for you… they are yummy.

Since I love blueberries and wanted to do a post here on Getting Racy Costume Blog about blueberry month I immediately thought of blueberry costumes… the funny part is that when i think blueberry costumes my first thought isn’t of a racy costume.

It’s of Violet Beauregarde

Violet Beauregarde as a blueberry

Violet Beauregarde is the third of the five children to find one of Willy Wonka’s elusive Golden Tickets in the Charlie and the chocolate factory movie. She is a crazy gum chewer. Played by Denise Nickerson she is an over achiever and highly excitable. She is also the only kid besides Charlie himself to get a golden ticket all on her own.
In the movie Willy Wonka has invented a gum that is a three-course dinner: tomato soup, roast beef and blueberry pie. Wonka warns Violet not to chew it. Violet argues that she holds the world record in chewing gum and begins chewing it anyway. She claims it is amazing, but when it reaches the blueberry pie her face begins to turn blue. Soon her entire body turns blue, before expanding like a balloon being blown up and then becoming similar to a large blue ball. Willy tells the Oompa Loompas to roll her to the juicing room to be squeezed of the blueberry juice that had built up inside her.
This particular scene has one of my favorite lines from the whole movie …
“Violet! You’re turning violet, Violet! “
I just love it!

O.K. … enough of that. Violet Beauregarde is cool, but sexy? No!

Back to the land of Racy Costumes

First we have the Blueberry Girl Costume
Usually you see this costume on a brunette running around with a friend  dressed  in a Strawberry Girl Costume. It’s that Strawberry Shortcake thing ya know

This racy 3pc blueberry girl costume from Leg Avenue consists of a bonnet, peasant top dress with charms and attached apron and striped stockings. The first time I saw a girl in this outfit I actually said "yum" .. her cheeks turned so red I thought she might turn into a strawberry. This is a super cute costume and you can never go wrong with super cute. at least not in my book.

 And next we have the Blueberry Muffin Costume

It's Blueberry Muffin and She's Your "Berry" Best Friend! - Yep it's an official Strawberry Shortcake costume and it is also just cute as all get out. This costume features Light and dark blue checkered sleeveless dress with attached apron, matching puff arm bands, green and white striped knee high stockings, and blue hat with lavender ribbon.

Both costumes are cute, both costumes are racy, both costumes are perfect because they are all about yummy blueberries…. and that’s all I have to say about that!

I just found out that May is National Strawberry month.
Yes… you heard that correctly. This tasty little berry gets it’s very own celebration month.
Being a big fan of strawberries in general, I am all for it. I eat them all the time.
Yum yum yum and they are good for you too!
Another thing about strawberries is that they are a darn sexy berry. Just watching somebody biting into one brings to mind passion.
So…. lets add into the mix a bit of strawberry costume fun.

This sexy and cute costume takes the cake... Strawberry Shortcake that is ! Yes, I know, bad joke, but I couldn't help it.

This racy little number is new on the market for 2009. It doesn't get much more cute than this.

O.k.
My idea … Surprise your hubby after work with one of these darling costumes  and a bowl full of fresh strawberries and some home made shortcake.
It’s easy and it will be appreciated in a million ways.
He may forget his own mothers birthday, but he wont forget that May is national strawberry month for the rest of his life.
